Marlin Sub-Aqua Club

Marlin Sub-Aqua Club was established in 1999 and is a Branch of the British Sub-Aqua Club, the UK’s national governing body for the sports of scuba diving and snorkelling. We are a friendly scuba diving club based at the Griff & Coton Sports & Miners Welfare Club in Nuneaton. We use the swimming pool nearby at Pingles Leisure Centre every other week for training.

Our aim is to provide opportunities for everyone to experience the wonders that lie beneath our seas, whether you are a nervous beginner, or are already a veteran. We welcome adults who have never dived before and who want to learn, as well as divers who have already qualified, regardless of their training agency.

If you have never scuba dived before we recommend you start with a ‘try dive’ in the swimming pool. Details of this and how to book are available here.

If you are a certified diver but are a little rusty then why not come and meet us at a scuba refresher in the swimming pool? We can help you get back in the water, and there is no need to do further training if you don’t want to. Details of this and how to book are available here.

Our knowledgeable instructor team can help you develop the skills you need for almost any diving objective. The club meets every week on Thursday evenings, dives together regularly, and today continues to provide safe and adventurous diving experiences for all our members. So why wait? – come and join us!
